We are delivering All Indiaย through our shipping partners. Your parcel is normally delivered safely and securely straight to your door. Although our delivery timelines may vary depending on the region the item being delivered.
Also, we can only deliver where public entry allowed. In case on special premises buyer / customer must provide entry pass to our delivery person.
Special place refers to Army cant Area, Airforce Station, Airport, and places similar to this where entry passes required to enter. If entry pass was not provided by buyer the package will be delivered outside the premises.ย

- Rs. 50 charges for orders belowย โน500.

- โน125 for Total Order Valueย between โน1,000 andย โน1,499.
- โน150 for Total Order Valueย between โน1,500 andย โน1,999.
- โน175 for Total Order Valueย between โน2,000 andย โน2,499.
- โน200 for Total Order Valueย between โน2,500 andย โน2,999.
- โน225 for Total Order Valueย between โน3,000 andย โน3,499.
- โน250 for Total Order Valueย between โน3,500 andย โน3,999.
- โน275 for Total Order Valueย between โน4,000 andย โน4,499.
- โน300 for Total Order Valueย between โน4,500 andย โน4,999.
- COD is not available for Order Value more thanย โน5,000.
What if product is damaged in transit?
If the delivered product was found damaged or defective, just call us orย WhatsAppย at +91 73025 52667 or reach out to us through chatbot or write us atย support@zhopx.comย mentioning your order no. to assist you with the refund or replacement.
What ifย products missing from delivery package or theย products delivered isย different from the product ordered?

What if delivery was attempted but I was not available to collect the item?
If the delivery was attempted but you are not able toย receive the product or unavailable, the undelivered package or order returned to the ZhopX warehouse.
The undelivered package will be delivered with the next scheduled delivery in the same location. After making two attempt the order package didnโt received / collect by the customer/buyer or if the buyer was not available, the order will automatically cancelled and in case payment made in advance will be refunded as soon as possible.
Can someone else collect the delivery on my behalf?
In case of your absence if someone on behalf of you have to collect the delivery, please inform us in advance over callย or WhatsAppย at +91 73025 52667 or reach out to us through chatbot or write us atย support@zhopx.comย mentioning your order no. with the name and any of Id details of the person. While delivering we willย confirm the id to make sure to deliver theย product to theย right person.ย
