Refund policy

At ZhopX, we give our best to provide you with the best experience possible to help you with a happy purchase. But its life and sometimes slip up happens due to issues beyond our control. We just want you to know that we will listen to your concern just as a family or a really close friend and take care/ provide resolutions for any valid or logical issue with utmost respect and professionalism. Below are the list of reasons where we unconditionally support you with right of return or replacement.

โ€ขย  The parcel was damaged on arrival.
โ€ขย  You received product that has arrived with package sealed open.
โ€ขย  You received an empty packet or ordered products/ accessories were missing.
โ€ขย  You received wrong product than ordered.
โ€ขย  Product received was not as described on the website/ app.
โ€ขย  You received a defective product or quality is very poor then expected/ promised.


Request Timelines

Cancellation or Editing (item/ quantity changes) of order can be done within 2 days of Order Creation.

Please inspect your order upon reception and if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, make sure to raise the request within 48 hours of receiving the products.

Request for Return and Refund to Payment Method for Prepaid Orders or Refund through UPI or Bank Transfer for COD Orders can be requested within 10 days of Order Delivery.ย 

Request for Return and Refund to Store Credit/ Gift Card both for Prepaid Orders and COD Orders can be requested within 30 days of Order Delivery.

Charges and Mode of Return

We intend to provide you with hassle free return. For all the above mentioned scenarios, returns will be free of cost. We will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label and also schedule pick up from the mentioned address. You can just return the product from the convenience of you home. Please just make sure all the return items are packed properly with all the contents as much possible with original packing.


Returns Payment Timelines

For Prepaid Orders Cancelled within 2 days of Order Creation or before being shipped from ZhopX Warehouses, the refund will be immediately processed and customer will receive the full amount back in the same account that is being used during purchase. Normally it should take 1-2 days max.

For Pre-Paid Return Orders, once the return item is received and verified, the returns will be processed within 2 days and customer will receive the full amount back in the same account that is being used during purchase.

For Cash on Delivery Orders, once the return item is received and verified, refund can be done through either bank transfer or UPI Payment. In both cases the refund will be processed within 2 days after receiving the details and preference from customer.ย

To Edit, Cancel or Reorder, you can login to your Account and perform the applicable actions. Technically, edit & cancellation is possible only until 2 days of the order creation.
