Where and How we can deliver.

We are delivering All Indiaย through our shipping partners. Your parcel is normally delivered safely and securely straight to your door. Although our delivery timelines may vary depending on the region the item being delivered.

Also, we can only deliver where public entry allowed. In case on special premises buyer / customer must provide entry pass to our delivery person.

Special place refers to Army cant Area, Airforce Station, Airport, and places similar to this where entry passes required to enter. If entry pass was not provided by buyer the package will be delivered outside the premises.ย 

What are the delivery charges.

  • Pre-Paid Ordersย Shipping Charges
    • Free Shippingย for orders โ‚น500 and above.
    • Rs. 50 charges for orders belowย โ‚น500.

  • Cash on Delivery Shipping Charges:
    • โ‚น70ย for Total Order Value between โ‚น0 andย โ‚น499.ย 
    • โ‚น100ย for Total Order Value between โ‚น500 andย โ‚น999.
    • โ‚น125 for Total Order Valueย between โ‚น1,000 andย โ‚น1,499.
    • โ‚น150 for Total Order Valueย between โ‚น1,500 andย โ‚น1,999.
    • โ‚น175 for Total Order Valueย between โ‚น2,000 andย โ‚น2,499.
    • โ‚น200 for Total Order Valueย between โ‚น2,500 andย โ‚น2,999.
    • โ‚น225 for Total Order Valueย between โ‚น3,000 andย โ‚น3,499.
    • โ‚น250 for Total Order Valueย between โ‚น3,500 andย โ‚น3,999.
    • โ‚น275 for Total Order Valueย between โ‚น4,000 andย โ‚น4,499.
    • โ‚น300 for Total Order Valueย between โ‚น4,500 andย โ‚น4,999.
    • COD is not available for Order Value more thanย โ‚น5,000.

What if product is damaged in transit?

If the delivered product was found damaged or defective, just call us orย WhatsAppย at +91 73025 52667 or reach out to us through chatbot or write us atย support@zhopx.comย mentioning your order no. to assist you with the refund or replacement.

What ifย products missing from delivery package or theย products delivered isย different from the product ordered?

Just call us or WhatsApp at +91 73025 52667 orย or reach out to us through chatbot or write us atย support@zhopx.comย mentioning your order no. to assist you with the immediate refund or replacement.

What if delivery was attempted but I was not available to collect the item?

If the delivery was attempted but you are not able toย receive the product or unavailable, the undelivered package or order returned to the ZhopX warehouse.

The undelivered package will be delivered with the next scheduled delivery in the same location. After making two attempt the order package didnโ€™t received / collect by the customer/buyer or if the buyer was not available, the order will automatically cancelled and in case payment made in advance will be refunded as soon as possible.

Can someone else collect the delivery on my behalf?

In case of your absence if someone on behalf of you have to collect the delivery, please inform us in advance over callย or WhatsAppย at +91 73025 52667 or reach out to us through chatbot or write us atย support@zhopx.comย mentioning your order no. with the name and any of Id details of the person. While delivering we willย confirm the id to make sure to deliver theย product to theย right person.ย
